I’m Tim Fruge, an Austin-based operations executive and independent consultant with 17 years of experience across ecommerce, consumer products, fulfillment, customer service, technology, and business growth.

I helped scale a founder-led media and commerce company from approximately $2 million to $80 million in annual revenue, led operations supporting 750,000 orders annually, and built consumer product portfolios across supplements and other categories.
