As a dedicated member of UA for 28 years and proud Business Agent at UA Local 254, my journey in this industry has been incredibly meaningful and rewarding. Throughout the years, I have witnessed firsthand the importance of ensuring the best possible future for our members.

One of my top priorities is strengthening health and welfare benefits and enhancing pension plans. I firmly believe that by securing these crucial aspects, we can provide our members with the security and peace of mind they deserve.

Another key focus of mine is increasing market share for job opportunities. I am dedicated to working tirelessly to expand our membership and increase manpower for contractor projects. By investing in apprenticeship programs and organizing efforts, we can ensure that our union continues to thrive and provide ample job opportunities for all our members.

Member participation is at the core of our strength, and I truly value the power of actively engaging and working together to achieve our goals. Within the next five years, one of my main objectives is to stop the Building fund dues deduction. This will not only create a fairer and more transparent system but also further empower our members.

I strongly believe in championing a diverse workforce and ensuring that our union remains a strong and supportive place for all members. It is my unwavering commitment to maintain member growth and advocate for the success of UA Local 254.
