Tim Green has been on many television programs including BattleBots, A Current Affair, Find My Family, FOX Sports, FOX News, NPR and many others. Tim is also a best-selling author in three different genres and has written over 25 books so far. Right now he is on a book tour for his new publication for middle-grades called New Kid. He is also a lawyer for Hiscock & Barclay LLC and plays an instrumental role in extending their client base and establishing firm relationships.
Tim Green Syracuse is a former collegiate star as a defensive end for Syracuse University and was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2002. He was also drafted in the first round of the 1986 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons and played eight seasons before retiring in 1994.
As a television personality, Tim Green Syracuse has served on many different programs. After retiring from the NFL Tim went to FOX Sports and covered the NFL with hosts like Terry Bradshaw and Howie Long. Tim also co-hosted BattleBots which featured contestants making mechanical devices to battle each other. There was a points system to declare the winner but the main focus was to destroy the opponents robot in the arena. Tim Green Syracuse also hosted a television show called Find My Family. Tim was adopted as a child and through his adult life he didn't know who is biological mother was. Find My Family took individuals who had been adopted and weren't sure who their biological parents were and reunited them with their biological parents.
Tim Green Syracuse attended Liverpool High School and was a first team all-state selection in both his junior and senior years. He was selected at Upstate New York Player of the Year in 1982 and this propelled him to have many offers from major universities around the country as a blue chip recruit. He decided to go to Syracuse University and in 1982, he became a starter on the defensive line and remained a starter for the next three years. His career at Syracuse was filled with accolades and in his career he set multiple records including most sacks in a season (15), most sacks in a game (4), and most sacks in a career (45.5) which is a record that he still holds today.
