Tim Moza

Tim Moza is a pastor and U.S. Navy chaplain focused on discipleship, leadership development, and spiritual readiness.
He currently serves as an active duty Chaplain in the United States Navy, where he provides religious ministry, pastoral care, and spiritual leadership to Sailors, Marines, and their families. In this role, he advises command leadership on matters of religion, ethics, and spiritual readiness while supporting the free exercise of religion across diverse faith groups.
Tim previously served as Senior Strategic Manager with TPUSA Faith, where he worked with pastors and church leaders across the United States to help churches engage culture, strengthen biblical conviction, and develop effective ministry initiatives. Prior to that, he served on staff at Dream City Church in Phoenix, Arizona, including two years as Director of Next Steps and Discipleship, where he helped build systems that connected thousands of people into discipleship pathways and church life.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Professional Leadership from Southeastern University and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University.
His ministry centers on helping believers grow in their faith, equipping leaders for service, and building healthy organizations that strengthen people, mission, and discipleship.
