Tim Noonan is Chaiman of the Pacific Series of Lockton, the largest privately owned, independent global insurance broker. Since taking the helm of Lockton Pacific Series in 1996, Tim Noonan has led the company through exceptional growth, from 46 associates and annual revenues of $6.9 million to more than 700 associates and $278 million today. He is a dynamic leader recognized among the most powerful business people and opinion shapers in Los Angeles.

Tim Noonan holds a firm belief that service to others is life’s chief obligation, and he has established a legacy of community service within his company’s culture that serves more than 100 organizations. Even in his personal life, he remains committed to service, supporting charities and serving in leadership roles in a number of public commissions and boards of business and nonprofit organizations. He uses his passion, influence, and background in business to make a difference in his local community.

After eight years on the finance committee of Phoenix House California, Tim Noonan was appointed as Chairman of the Board. With his leadership, Phoenix house has made improvements in clinical efficiency, strengthening its core management and raising the standard of care for its patients.

Tim is also a trustee of the ALS association’s Golden West Chapter, which is focused on raising awareness about ALS (also known as Lou Gherig’s disease), and raising funds to assist with research and patient care.

As a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Tim has held various leadership positions within the organization including Network Chair for YPO International, Executive Committee Member and Board Member of the Los Angeles Chapter (YPOLA), Chapter Vice Chairman, Chapter Education Chair, and Chapter Chair. He is also a member of the World Presidents Organization (WPO) Angeleno chapter and serves as education chair for the Los Angeles Chapter (WPOLA).
