After graduating at corporative state university in Mosbach (Germany) in 2013, I started my professional career as a business development manager at Bechtle. For more than four years I was responsible for identifying customers needs based on changing market and technology conditions to derive go-to market strategies with successful and continuous double digit growth of revenue and margin. Beside that, I took an additional qualification in Entrepreneurship and Global Management in collaboration with Palo Alto University (USA) as well as an online course certification in New Technologies for Business Leaders in collaboration with Rutgers Business School (USA).

To follow my passion for consulting, I specialized myself in IT-strategy and Enterprise Architecture Management and work as a business architect since 2017. Through a variety of projects I got a deep knowledge about dependencies of customer requirements and business, organization, process, applications, services, technology and their interfaces to develop holistic strategies and actions for SMEs and enterprises.

With the beginning of my part-time MBA in 2018 at Bologna Business School (Italy) and St. José State University (USA), I committed myself totally to digital transformation. I learned to work with professionals from all over the world like Canada, USA, Venezuela, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Turkey, Saudi-Arabia, Singapore, Vietnam and China. Equipped with new knowledge, I was focusing on new digital services and new business models based on market researches, personas and customer journeys.

On this journey I was able to create a broad network with startups, incubators and technology companies in Europe like Denmark, Estonia, Poland, Czech Republic, Serbia, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain and Silicon Valley (USA).

Since 2019 I am in charge of a department for consulting and innovation at Bechtle with responsibility for up to 6 FTEs and several students and interns. We are focusing on implementation of regulatory requirements, Smart City strategies and innovation.

Based on my conviction of lifelong learning, I have continuously recommended myself for further trainings and certification. This includes: TOGAF 9, ITIL v3 + 4, PRINCE2, trainings in different business process modeling methods, agile techniques like scrum, lego serious play or design thinking, different management trainings in fields of program, several trainings in presentation/moderation techniques, NLP and journalistic media training.
