Noreen Timoney

Ms. Timoney is an organizational and human capital specialist offering a wide range of services targeted to the educational sector, public and private entities, corporations, and non-profit groups in:  Strategic, Financial, Business Process and Operational Planning  Organizational Development, Capacity Building, and Restructuring  Total Quality, Value Management and Continuous Improvement  Human Capital and Workforce Planning, Management, Guidance, and Training  Team Building and Leadership Coaching  Media & Marketing Approaches  Knowledge Region Economy and Urban Planning Positioning Prior to establishing her own company, Ms. Timoney was an executive with Capital Cities/ABC, Inc. where she designed and implemented various business innovations, planning modules, and human capital policies. Ms. Timoney has developed management standards, procedural and operational manuals; lectured at universities and business seminars, and has researched, written and produced news documentaries. While living in New York, she was recruited by the long-tenured President of the Television Bureau to serve in an Adjunct capacity in Communications. and as a panelist on various issue-oriented media roundtables. Ms. Timoney has worked with business, educational, health, youth services and think-tank entities in the private and public sectors to assess, codify, and achieve organizational goals. Some of her recent organizational development and effectiveness projects were commissioned by many organizations.
