Solid professional experience, with over 15 years experience in large company, with an emphasis on the management of information technology. Working on IT projects, my professional experience includes leading teams and managing projects. IT Governance specialist, having certifications COBIT and ITIL, participates in the creation IT governance's structure and also co-ordinates the responsible group for the IT Quality Office and IT Risks Office in the Eletrobras. Eletrobras Ergonomics Committee's member, Internet Managing Eletrobras committee's member, ABNT/CB-40 (Accessibility) member and also e-MAG (Accessibility Model of Brazilian Electronic Govern) group's member, associated to Planning Ministry of Brazilian Federal Govern. Experience with large web projects in Interaction Design, Accessibility and Usability in web-based applications, including biometric solutions. As researcher, presented some articles on Ergonomics, Human-Computer Interaction and Web Accessibility in international congress in Brazil, U.S.A., Holland and Mexico. Interested in research and development of the field. I'm also professor-tutor of the FGV on-line and the Serpro and was professor of PostGraduation in Ergonomics, Usability and Human-Computer Interaction, in PUC-Rio.
