Timothy Sopinski is a litigation and trial attorney currently serving as Chief Deputy at the Dodge County Attorney's Office in Fremont, NE. He prosecutes felony criminal cases and practices civil law in the areas of real estate property tax litigation, tax certificates and foreclosures. He has also worked for innovation and reform in the juvenile justice system through the court system and the Dodge County Juvenile Services Comprehensive Plan.
