I help my clients in the Financial Services and Government and Healthcare verticals transform their IT organizations to better align with business objectives through IT Service Management design, IT strategy implementation and right-sourcing. I have extensive experience in managing the outsourcing lifecycle, from strategy to RFP, vendor negotiations to transition, operations to repatriation.

I graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Economics and Political Science. I presently live in Toronto with my wife and two children, but have also spend extended periods of time in Hong Kong, New York and Chicago.
