Timothy Kitching

I am a Facilitator, Trusted Advisor and Coach with extensive experience in both the Private and Public Sector in Australia. I specialise in helping individuals and groups deal with the complexities and challenges of living and working in a world where everything is connected and interlinked.

I run my own business called "The Critical Factor", I have been a Banking Executive, a Police Detective, a manager in Hospitality and worked in the Theatre.

I am a Director of 'Peer Support Australia', a not for profit specialising in resilience and anti bullying programs for our children in schools. I also sit on the Ravenswood School for Girls Foundation.

I was a senior officer the NSW State Emergency Service (Civil Defence) for more than 10 years.

I believe in the power of people to achieve great things with the right leadership and investment. I am passionate about justice and 'Doing the Right Thing' as I see these as key building blocks to successful organisations and lives.
