Timothy Bradbury Monzello

Adjunct Professor in Saratoga Springs, UT, USA

I am a manufacturing professional and educator with a career built on hands-on experience and continuous learning. I started out working as an auto mechanic and machinist, where I learned the fundamentals of how things are made. Over time, I expanded my skills into CNC programming, production, and operations, eventually moving into leadership roles such as Foreman, Supervisor, Plant Manager, and Quality Control Manager.

I later spent 19 years at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where I worked as a Master Production Scheduler and then as a Group Lead in Manufacturing Engineering. My focus was always on aligning design, planning, and production to ensure systems could be built efficiently and reliably.

Along the way, I continued my education, earning degrees in electronics, language arts, business administration, and an MBA. I also pursued certifications in areas like Lean Six Sigma, GD&T, and supply chain management to strengthen my understanding of operations.

Today, I teach manufacturing and machine tool technology as an Adjunct Professor. I enjoy helping students connect theory with real-world application. My work continues to focus on design for manufacturability, GD&T, and practical business operations.
