Timothy Caraboolad

My name is Timothy Caraboolad, and I am an entrepreneur, real estate developer, and designer with a passion for building businesses that solve real problems. I grew up in Boston, Massachusetts, where I started working in my family's construction company as a teenager. Those early experiences taught me the value of hard work, attention to detail, and seeing projects through from start to finish.

After earning my Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Rollins College, I combined my business education with hands-on experience to launch my own ventures. I founded Arc Design to create luxury homes that balance quality craftsmanship with thoughtful design. Today, I lead Lad Design in South Florida, where I focus on developing custom and spec homes that are built to last and designed with purpose.

One of the most meaningful chapters of my career came when my mother's battle with breast cancer inspired me to co-found Native Sun Wellness. That experience showed me how important it is to improve the customer experience, no matter the industry.

Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, fishing, cycling, golf, tennis, and hiking. Spending time outdoors keeps me grounded and gives me fresh perspective. Whether I'm developing a home or launching a new business, my goal is always the same: create something meaningful through careful planning, quality execution, and genuine care for the people I serve.
