Are you looking for a team player with strong writing skills to bolster your Public Relations department? Have you been seeking an exceptional communicator with a proven track record of successful Event Coordination? If so, you need look no further than this profile to find the best candidate to drive your organization forward.

I have always had a tremendous passion for writing and Public Relations. In my senior year of high school, I was selected for a Journalism Honors class and also wrote for the school's sports paper, " The Friar Scoreboard," during this time. While in college, I took classes on journalistic writing, creative writing, news writing, writing for Public Relations and Public Speaking, in order to develop and hone my skills as a writer and Public Relations professional. In my junior year of college, I was recognized for these efforts by being inducted into the Phi Pi chapter of Lambda Pi Eta, the National Honor Society of Public Relations.

This past summer, I served as the Promotions Assistant for the Long Island Ducks Professional Baseball Club. In this position, I was responsible for the development and execution of 15 to 18 promotions on a nightly basis, over a seventy-game period. I've drafted letters and worked the phones to spearhead a successful sales campaign for the Ducks youth baseball clinics, with over 100 packages sold. I've coordinated with ten different organizations to produce the Ducks' Mascot Day. I've drafted press releases, detailing our community outreach activities. I've worked the 15-hour days. I was able to excel with the Ducks by successfully multitasking and working under deadlines on a daily basis. I am no stranger to long hours and deadlines and I have no qualms about working under said conditions in order to achieve success for you.

Through my experiences, I've learned that it takes a tremendous amount of commitment and determination in order to succeed in the Communications industry. I am ready to utilize my positive attitude, strong communication skills and writing skills to help propel your organization to new heights!
