He’s the DIY editor at Popular Mechanics and also the founder of the home improvement site, Charles & Hudson, and the Webby-nominated family site, Built by Kids.

His previous gigs include This Old House, ELLE DECOR, Lifehacker, and Wired.

His projects have been highlighted on the DIY Network, Popular Mechanics, and The Family Handyman. He's also been featured on NPR and Martha Stewart SiriusXM.

When not working, you’ll find him on his board or bike enjoying the LA weather with his family and friends.
