Tim Davis is an instructional designer who is passionate about improving knowledge and performance of individuals. Tim is an eclectic with skills and experiences in instructional design, computer programming, and systems analysis. Over the past eight years, Tim has been involved in creating e-learning Web Based Training (WBT), Instructor-led Training (ILT), dynamic, real time simulations, and technical documentation.

Prior to entering the world of corporate instructional design, Tim taught math and science in public schools where he was actively involved in bringing technology into the classrooms and into the hands of his students. As an active member of the Technology Math and Science Committee, Tim introduced students to Personal Digital Devices (PDAs) and taught them how to use these devices to solve math and science challenges. It was Tim's comfort level with technology that contributed to his success in this role, and therefore the success and growth of his students.

Tim attributes his comfort with technology and software applications to his experience as a computer programmer and systems analyst. After an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Air Force, Tim pursued a college degree and career in computer programming. After 10 years of working directly in the information technology field, Tim realized his interest in helping others to grow intellectually and professionally. It was these two ingredients (teaching and technology) that his passion for e-learning and instructional design was born.
