Our expertise ranges from clinical research, inbound licensing, GMP, the RFP process, advertising & promotion, supply agreements, trade-marks, privacy law; and distribution. Our clients are large and small businesses, selling prescription medicines, medical devices, natural health products, nutritional products, and consumer healthcare products. I am an Ontario & Quebec qualified lawyer and a registered trade-marks agent. I am bilingual (English-French). I graduated in law from both McGill University and Unversité de Montréal, and earned a BA from University of Western Ontario (Huron College). I currently sit on the boards of directors of several not-for-profit organizations such as the Canadian Healthcare Licensing Association and the Saint Patrick's Society of Montreal.
