Timothy McBride

As Corporate Development Manager with Sensata Technologies in Attleboro, Massachusetts, Timothy McBride focuses on business and market strategy, undertaking diligence and analysis of mergers and acquisitions (M&A;) target firms. Prior to joining Sensata Technologies, Mr. McBride spent nearly a decade with Texas Instruments, Inc. He initially served as Design Engineer on the firm’s technical staff, developing an innovative sensor technology program. He successfully established customers for the product platform in Japan, Europe, and the United States, substantially enhancing Texas Instruments, Inc.,’s sales and revenues. Timothy McBride’s additional assignments involved significant work in China, setting up a manufacturing network and a workforce team of more than 50. His next position with Texas Instruments, Inc., was as Engineering Supervisor and Senior Member of Technical Staff. In this capacity, Mr. McBride established and led a group of engineers, taking a new product platform from conception to launch. The teams’ efforts generated millions in annual revenue for the firm over a three-year period. Timothy McBride utilizes the technology and product development skills gained throughout his years with Texas Instruments, Inc., in his current technology company-focused work with Sensata Technologies.
