Tim Moore

Originally from Los Angeles California, Timothy Paul Moore got on the scene as an extra on The BBC comedy, Monty Python's Flying Circus in the famous "Dennis Moore" episode. He then went on to do a small variety act around the United States that got positive reviews from Rolling Stone and Look Magazine. Then there was national attention for being a regular guest on the Dick Cavett show, infamously getting in an on-air fight with Carl Reiner. On one appearance Moore met Truman Capote and the two would become friends and collaborate on three short stories that unfortunately never saw the light of day. Then in the fall of 1984 Timothy Paul Moore was born as the marathon runners passed the hospital outside in the LA Olympics. Soon Moore moved to Oregon, where he grew up and got his degree in photography and art history from Oregon State University in 2008. Since then Moore has gone on to work in music, fashion, and various art commissions. In December of 2009 he launched Letter to Jane Magazine. The magazine, fortunately for his ego and well being, has done reasonably well and in two months can boast over a million viewers already.
