I am a lifelong learner and have traveled extensively. I love to write and freely share ideas. I endorse wholeheartedly ideas like the KahnAcademy and TED. I invent new ways to recycle, like my portable pizza oven which I shared with Serious Eats readers. I have also recently invented a home oven insert that goes into your home oven and mimics a pompei style oven. It is a dome. I love making pizza and what you see behind me besides my daughter Halle, are canned mango nectar chickens. For years I bought and sold used clothes and shoes from charities and lived in Haiti, Panama, and the Dominican republic. I believe that education and innovation are the solutions to the future. I know how to find answers and since I am retired i have plenty of time to do so.
