I used to work in finance and financial services. This is where I did a lot of thinking about behavior and rewards. So, I found a place where I could study the madness of crowds and the wisdom that follows. From this experience, I believe the same mechanics are at play in the way we engage wellness and health.

Once, upon a time, I played with a independent rock band in the Chicago called The Poorboys. This is when I learned hard work of starting things; working in creative groups; and the art of creating a buzz.

I am married to a beautiful and accomplished woman from whom with we have 2 fantastically brilliant young boys. This is where I learned about love and perspective.
