Tim Silver-Bonito

As a Principal at Martens & Heads!, Tim focuses on placing senior talent in the luxury, lifestyle and digital areas. He develops strong relationships with clients to build their teams with leadership that will not only positively impact the client company's business, but also enhance their corporate culture.

Tim understands the international marketplace and the nuances of working with global brands, especially those at the inflection point of entering the US. During his tenure as Head of HR North America at Milan-based e-tailer YOOX Group, Tim was responsible for doubling the size of the US subsidiary. Later, he defined the organizational structure for UK clothing retailer Jack Wills, setting the stage for continued growth in the US and Canada. In both roles, Tim built strong relationships with major stakeholders in Italy, China, Japan and the UK, giving him the unique understanding of how to service international clients in key markets.

Tim's previous experience as an HR leader also affords him the experience of partnering with clients to build and enhance their corporate structure, maximizing efficiency, and providing expert consulting services in the areas of global total rewards, re-organization, HR services and learning and development, assisting our clients in developing their long-term people strategy.
