Tim Starinieri

Graduating from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Tim Starinieri earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Following the completion of his studies, he pursued a Master of Accounting at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. He remains a steadfast supporter of both universities’ alumni associations. A Certified Public Accountant and Notary Public, Tim Starinieri currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of ProPrep Tax Accounting Services, Inc. Based in Herndon, Virginia, ProPrep Tax Accounting Services performs numerous business and financial functions. The company offers benefit solutions, payroll services, and entity formations. Other services include bookkeeping, strategic planning and budgeting, and special project consulting. The company also remains equipped to assist clients with tax compliance and planning, as well as investing to achieve adequate post-tax yields. In his capacity, Tim Starinieri oversees all major operations of the practice. A member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Tim Starinieri strives to advance the accounting profession’s code of ethics, which focuses on providing advocacy, communicating with the public to instill outside confidence in the accounting field, recruiting, and maintaining a consistently high level of performance. A baseball enthusiast, Tim Starinieri participates in the Southern Illinois University Saluki Baseball Dugout Club and serves as a Team Sponsor of the Ripken Youth Baseball Tournaments. He also plays baseball with the DCMSBL, the men's senior baseball league.
