My delight is taking time to share in the discovery process with people who are passionate about Jesus Christ and His Kingdom forming first in their own heart and then in the world around them, one soul at a time. This happens as I consult both at the organizational level and at the personal level. Assisting leaders to keep their courage up in the midst of life and ministry setbacks. Twenty plus years of living and working overseas make me uniquely able to understand and to enter into the struggles of those I serve. Using a variety of tools and methods but ever focused on attending to what God is doing in the person and the situation. "..without me, Jesus, you can do nothing".
