Tim Till

Tim Till is a Chartered Accountant & Banker, from South Africa - relocated to Cary, NC, USA in January 2012. He held a number of positions during his 16 years of service at Investec Bank, spending the last 10 years on the Private Bank Executive Board, which was tasked with developing the Private Bank, from it’s small lending business into a fully fledged Private Bank, offering wealth management, lending, trust and fiduciary and daily banking services. Investec Private Bank has won many awards and has continually been rated the pre-eminent private bank in South Africa.
Principal responsibilities during the course of his career at Investec included the design and implementation of the product and service offering for the private bank, the conceptualize and implementation of the Ultra High Net Worth sales and distribution business, the design and implementation of the systems and processes required to support the various product and service offerings and to implement an operating risk framework within the Private Bank.
He headed up a number of business units such as the Wealth Management Business, the Trust and Fiduciary business, the International Private Banking Division and in the final three years at the bank he held the position as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Operating Officer in the Private Bank.

He left the bank to immigrate to the USA. While waiting for visa processing to be completed, he held the position of a non executive director on the board of Blue Financial Services - a listed micro lender operating in Africa.

He was also invited to sit on the board of Inter Ocean Aviation Finance Corporation (IOAFC). IOAFC, owns and operates a fleet of aircraft providing aircraft contracting services to aid agencies and to the oil and gas industry in Africa. The business also provides aircraft financing and structuring services.

He has settled in the USA and is exploring business opportunities in his field of his expertise & professional interest.
