Hi, I’m Tim, a customer support leader with both a passport full of stamps and a Texas drawl. My wife and I spent seven and a half adventure filled years in Southeast Asia, beginning in Thailand, exploring Vietnam, and finally settling in the Philippines. We moved there so I could start my career in customer support, and it is where I discovered how much I enjoy helping customers feel heard and cared for, no matter the time zone.

What began as an entry level role has grown into nine years of progressive leadership, rising to Director. I’ve built high performing global teams, resolved tough escalations, and driven process improvements that keep SLAs on track. Now back in the United States, I draw on the resourcefulness honed overseas and a people first mindset, ready to lead teams that put customers at the heart of every decision.
