I'm in love with concept, product, strategy and design.

My work focuses on the human-centred and human-centering technologies: things, often digital products, that connect people with information, tools, toys and, most importantly, with each other.

Drawing, writing, coding, talking and listening are my most important skills and passions. I facilitate ideation and innovation workshops.

Currently Service Design Lead at FJORD Madrid, a multi-disciplinary service design studio recently acquired by Accenture. I lead teams of talented designers and technologists of all stripes as we create and craft compelling customer experiences for world class clients.
