Born and raised in Selma, California, Tim is an alumnus of Fresno State and Columbia University in the city of New York. He holds two Masters degrees in Special Education with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, and Education. He is currently completing his PhD at Columbia University.

Timothy has four teaching certificates that range from birth through 6th grade in both special and general education and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Timothy provides professional development to teachers, consultation to schools, and supervision to Behavior Analyst candidates.

He is passionate about bridging the gap towards childhood success, by identifying and establishing specific developmental learning milestones necessary for children to learn in an inclusive environment.
