As I continue my transition within the creative industry, my experience as a social content producer, iPhoneographer, digital art director and illustrator has deepened my desire to create stronger relationships. Consequently, this has lead me to become a conduit for others to engage and support one another. As a recruiter, I enjoy listening, researching and promoting talented people. I do so because I'm energized by those who challenge, inspire and are looking to be a part of a successful culture. For me, the way can be found in the words of David Ogilvy, who said; "Hire people who are better than you are, then leave them to get on with it. Look for people who will aim for the remarkable, who will not settle for the routine."
