Tina McKenzie is a business professional with over 20 years’ experience in the human resource,recruitment and employment support sectors.
In her current role Tina is Managing Director of Staffline Group (Ireland) a recruitment and employment support business, comprising Staffline Recruitment, PeoplePlus NI and Diamond Recruitment.
Under Tina’s leadership Staffline Group (Ireland) has grown from a standing start in 2013 with a staff of three in Belfast to a turnover of £55m and a staff of over 100 full time employees across the island of Ireland.
Tina is an exceptional business leader who has achieved substantial business growth in the Northern Ireland market in a short period of time. This has benefited both employers(gaining exceptional staff through recruitment excellence), and internal staff (receiving investment at all levels). She also genuinely cares passionately about the society she lives in, using her reputation and influence to positively impact on the fortunes of individuals employed in NI, through addressing human trafficking, lobbying for equality for women, and involvement in shaping the political landscape to promote employability opportunity and best practice across Ireland.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Staffline Group Tina enjoyed a successful career in the recruitment and employment support sector and has held several senior positions across the industry.
After graduating from the University of Ulster, Tina started her career coordinating job-skills programmes for the rehabilitation of ex-offenders, working closely with NIACRO, Extern, and PBNI.
After a move to London she quickly progressed in the corporate world across GB and internationally, becoming a successful Sales and Managing Director with experience in a variety of business verticals (logistics, financial services, health and social care, agrifood and banking). Tina Has consulted with some of the world’s largest international companies, advising on employment strategies, HR, and best people practices.
She returned to her native Northern Ireland in 2013 to set up Staffline Group (Ireland).
