Tina's business acumen comes from her fifteen years of experience in corporate America. She has an MBA with an emphasis in marketing. She is currently a Sr. Contracts Manager for a billion dollar international pharmaceutical company. Her related work experience includes contract development, negotiations, implementation and pricing strategies. Her diversified and customer-focused experience provides for a proven track record of innovation, organization, and leadership, and has received several Excellence Service Awards.

Tina also has a theater background as an actress, playwright and stage manager. Some of her credits being A Raisin in the Son, No Cross No Crown, Gee Whiz God Is and The Prayer Dancer. She also had the opportunity to Stage Manage her favorite Christian Hip Hop group, Cross Movement at a 911 Sports Benefit at the Jacob Javits Center in New York, NY.

She has been serving the community as a youth leader in New Brunswick for over 10 years, which involves teaching, mentoring, and providing an ear for the youths of her local church's congregation and the neighborhood.
