I came to The Michael Kaim Team of Prudential Select Properties with over 17 years of Real Estate Experience and I specialize in listing and managing bank owned properties. Some of my duties include showing properties, writing and negotiating real estate purchase agreements, marketing properties, advising buyers and sellers regarding lending, title work, negotiating, legal, local and fair housing procedures, closing and occupancy.

Beside Real Estate, I have experience with other areas of industry. I have managed a popular restaurant chain for 15 years and have also worked in management positions for retail to supplement my real estate career. I enjoy a fast paced environment and pride myself in excellent customer service. I am extremely detailed oriented and able to multi-task well.
