Welcome!! I'm Tinee’Sha Nicole Lightfoot the founder of The Charlie’s Way Foundation an organization focused on bringing awareness to DC's childbirth mortality crisis, a crisis I personally experienced while birthing my first baby. After enduring an induced labor and subsequent death of my child, I've decided to transform my pain into passion.

As a native Washingtonian I'm dedicated to helping other women and girls in DC who are victims of DC's childbirth mortality. My mission is to be a source of advice, healing, and raising awarenesses with the goal of influencing change, change at the legislative level and community level.

My mission is to leverage my degree in Psychology to be a source of advice and healing, and to raise awareness with the goal of influencing change at the legislative level and community level.
