I am a person who can easily adjust to new environment. I consider myself as an expert in working as a store manager, because my degree has given me the enormous experiences to develop communication skills regarding the sales. I also can speak Chinese, English, and French, which allows me to easily communicate with the customers.

Having entered university as a mature student, I have several years’ employment experience in diverse roles. I have a prior experience in both retail and customer service with various teams that engage customers in dynamic environment, as well as a desire to develop these skills further with Apple Retail Store at Eaton Centre. This has given me a wide range of transferable skills related to the job description including:
