Hey there! I'm Tino – a young man who is passionate about learning how to be a positive influence in the community, both locally and globally. I am currently a content developer living in Harare and I hold a BSc. (Hons.) in Computer Science as well as a certificate in Basic Digital Marketing Training. I am also a creative writer and budding branding executive. I am a huge fan of technology, design, and music; my first love being music. I am also interested in social behaviour change and entrepreneurship which I have practised as a Rotaractor, Rotarian, a member of some development practitioner organisations and a self- employed technopreneur.
I am an alumnus of the YALI Regional Leadership Center - Southern Africa, 2017 under the Business and Entrepreneurship Development track. This is a program under the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), a signature effort to invest in the next generation of African leaders.
I enjoy meeting new people and love learning about other people’s cultures. A close friend once described me as being a kaleidoscope because of all the facets of my life which I keep revealing and excelling in, knowingly and unknowingly.
I'm a former Rotaractor who served on the district committee of the Rotaract District 9210 as the 2018-19 Assistant District Rotaract Representative for Harare Community-Based Clubs. I also served on the board of the Rotaract Club of Harare West as the 2017-18 Club President and the 2016-17 International Services Director. In addition, I was a Rotarian and board member of the Rotary E-Club of D9210 Harare.
Over the years, I have learnt that we are all special in one way or the other and we all deserve an opportunity to share our gift(s) with the world. My favourite mantra is, “Be the change that you want to see in the world.” I firmly believe I have a part to play in this mandate.
