Tiny Plant Gifts is the green thumb side to me, Jessica (aka: @Love2Snap, photographer and marketing director for HannumVascular.com). Tiny Plant Gifts started as a hobby of gardening and a bit of an obsession for succulents, cactus plants, and easy-propagating-plants :) The joys of gardening started back when I was a baby! My grandma, Annabelle, was the green thumb queen! She had so many beautiful, healthy plants and vegetables all throughout her backyard, front yard, porches, everywhere! I learned early on how to cultivate a garden, prune plants, catch rain water to use later, and sell plants to neighbors. Never a dull moment as a kid, never a dull day as an adult. Tiny Plant Gifts is how I've been able to hold on to my youth and keep my grandma's spirit alive and well. Each tiny plant is carefully planted and crafted with lots and lots of love. Included with the purchase is a (blank on the inside) Love Note card to use if giving as a gift. I will also include care tag to help keep the tiny plant happy. :)
