TIOS is a cloud based BRMS (Business rules management system) WCF Service. It runs on the web as a cloud based system or can be run inhouse as an intranet service. It caters for non-barcoding applications and is frequently used as a self-service portal allowing users to resolve ERP issues which would otherwise require a help desk ticket to be raised.
