Tiphanie Watson, a savvy brand activation entrepreneur and philanthropist, has built a solid reputation as a hardworking businesswoman with creative cutting edge ideas. Watson has developed a proven track record of delivering for some elite brands.

The proactive team builder began her career working with prestigious organizations such as the Miami Dolphins, San Francisco 49ers, The University of Miami, and Clear Channel. Leveraging her relationships, Watson decided to utilize her diverse expertise to launch Pulse Entertainment Group, LLC a multi-faceted lifestyle agency that specializes in brand activation, event planning, and talent management.

She has successfully executed high impact, brand building, volume-driving programs for the Atlanta Ballet, Coca-Cola, Courvoisier, Full Throttle, Gold Peak, Kodak, Sprite, General Motors, Hideoki Bespoke, NASCAR, Russell Athletics, Designer Mychael Knight, and a host of athletes and entertainers that leveraged their brand positioning resulting in personal and memorable brand interactions in relevant environments. Watson's career also included co-managing Grammy Award winning artist Big Boi, one-half of the world famous Hip Hop duo Outkast for six-years to include overseeing his film and music career as a solo artist, securing endorsements, as well as acting Executive Director of the Big Kidz Foundation.

She has been featured and/or contributed to influential publications, national conferences, and television shows such as VH1 Fabulous life, MTV My Super Sweet Sixteen, Uptown Magazine, Jezebel Magazine, Sister 2 Sister, and Essence Young Women's Leadership Conference.

A Georgia native, Watson graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and St. Thomas University with a Masters in Sports Management with a concentration in Marketing.
