Tisha Castillo lives in a beautiful community known as San Tan Valley. She believes elected officials should be held accountable & has a history of calling them out when needed. She is a "glass is half full" kind of girl and loves it.

Tisha received the 2009 San Tan Area Volunteer of the Year award and was awarded the ACE Jack Camper Scholarship twice, to attend Winter Institute, sponsored by the US Chamber of Commerce.

Tisha and her husband, Dewayne Castillo own an IT company, MyBizNow.com, which provides a wide range of products and services to business of all sizes. They provide graphic design, website development/design, hosting, merchant account services, printing, computer repair and marketing solutions. Tisha Castillo was a board member of the San Tan Area Chamber of Commerce from 2007-2009 and served as the President/CEO of the San Tan Valley Chamber of Commerce from 2010-2014.

Some other organizations she is or has been proudly affiliated with are:

  • One of the founding CORE members of GSTAC, the Greater San Tan Area Coalition, an organization that was created to bring our area together with one voice so the community could become proactive with its future.
  • Block Watch Coordinator for the Johnson Ranch Community & one of the founding members of the Greater San Tan Area Community Block Watch Association.
  • Co-chair for the Tech 4 Kids committee in 2008, the committee pushed to get the override passed to allow FUSD #1 to bring tech into our schools. As a result, the 1st high school in 94 years to be built in the Florence Unified School District, is a 100% tech school, the first in the state of Arizona!
  • Founded the 1st Special Olympics group in the San Tan Area, known as the San Tan Bumblebees!
  • Through MyBizNow Gives Back, they donated over $11,000 in cash & gift cards to the athletic & art depts at Poston Butte High School, exceeding our goal of $10,000.
  • Founding member of the San Tan Valley Substance Abuse Coalition – a coalition that focuses on providing resources for mental health & substance abuse issues.
