Hi, my name is Titia, which means Joy and Happiness.

My biggest passion is communication; through words, photography, art, dance, music, even silence.

As Paul Watzlawick said: You cannot not communicate.

In 2015, I fell in love with a word that since then has guided my life. That word is embrace.

It is about taking things as they come, accepting them, lovingly, and then letting them go and making space for new things to embrace.

It creates awareness, space, serenity, centeredness, and love.

In 2016, I took more than 250.000 pictures (call it mindless meditation...) and published three of them every day on Instagram

Taking photos is my way of being 100% here and now. It is like meditation. A rose, is a rose, is a rose, and still, every rose is different, every angle gives a new perspective, every light another flair.

In 2017, I started to write a book, it has been a big adventure, and by now the manuscript is ready in English, German and Dutch. More information to come soon.
