TJ Rigg

TJ Rigg is an award-winning journalist specializing in reporting, editing, photography and social media.

Through his nine years of working in journalism, TJ Rigg has dabbled in print, broadcast and web journalism. He's written nearly 300 stories for print and online and produced dozens of newscasts in broadcast. Right now, he is taking a break from the hustle and bustle of news, but may return sometime in the future. For now, he's happy being a consumer of news.

In addition to journalism, Rigg has also explored the world of novel writing, participating four times in National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo). The goal of NaNoWriMo is to write a 50,000-word story in a span of 30 days during the month of November. Rigg has participated and won the challenge four times, between 2011 and 2013 and again in 2017. Three of his stories are published on Amazon and available for purchase. His fourth story is a Harry Potter fanfiction that he is rewriting; it was first written after the eighth film came out in 2011. Rigg hopes to finish penning that story by the end of 2017 and will start working on editing it in the New Year.
