Taylor Eget

My name is Taylor Eget, and I am eighteen years old. I have lived in Marietta, Georgia for most of my life. I swam on a year-round swim team for eight years and also participated in high school swim team. Some of my other hobbies include writing music, playing piano, singing, and painting. Currently, I hope to major in Communication Sciences and Disorders. I then plan to go on to grad school to study speech pathology. I have always had a passion for working with special needs children. I find that they are some of the most accepting people I know, and I truly believe that they teach me more than I could ever hope to teach them. I hope to work in hospitals and also possibly educational settings as a speech therapist so that I am able to work with a wide array of people. Although I want to work closely with people with special needs, I would love to assist stroke victims and other people who have experienced trauma in their lives as well.
