TJ Mannschreck
Self employed and Small Business Owner in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Since 2001 I have studied and invested in my financial education and personal development. I took the advice of my favorite author, Robert T. Kiyosaki, who said we should work to learn. And eBay is a great place to gain experience in all of the components that make up a successful business. Today I own and operate a network of e-commerce websites that are inspired by Crazy Eddie's, a large electronics warehouse in NJ that my father and I would go to for discounts when I was a child.
My dream is to invest in distressed residential real estate. Not only can I utilize my own skills as an NCCER Certified Carpenter and HVAC Technician, but I can also use my company as a platform to to create jobs for specialists within the construction industry. I plan to accomplish this by forming a company, Strategic Acquisitions LLC, that provides low-income families with the quality housing they deserve.
I'm a budding entrepreneur without a lot of free time to volunteer to all the causes I care about. And since that's the case my money needs to work in my place. That's why I created The Giving WORKS Project, where a portion of each sale made by my company, It Fell Off the Truck, supports a non-profit organization in need of financial assistance.
