About:
I am a husband, father, and leader. From 1998 to 2024 I had the privilege of serving in camp ministry at Pine Cove and Camp Huawni, shepherding and developing people in a variety of leadership roles.

Since transitioning out of camping, I've built a track record of finding the pinch points inside an organization and closing those gaps, whether in operations, staffing, or culture.

I met my wife, Amanda, at camp, and we've been married since 2006. We're proud parents of three: Jace (2011), Adley (2015), and Crew (2018). At home and at work, my strength is the same: shepherding and developing people for the sake of something greater.
