Jackson Tjota

Jackson Tjota is a multimedia artist, with digital illustraton/painting as his primary focus. Originated from Jakarta, Indonesia, he graduated from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia, as a 3D animator and visual FX artist. It was only then that he realised that amongst most forms of visual arts, drawing and painting are his passions all along.
When not stationing in front of his laptop and tablet, Jackson enjoys learning all things scientific, especially on Astronomy, psychology and advanced technology. He loves contemporary art forms such as US comics and graphic novels, as much as fantasy/sci-fi movies and games.
Jackson currently works as a freelancer for various international companies and studios, mostly on trading-card illustrations and comic books. He stays in Jakarta with his mother, a Guzheng (Chinese zither) instructor.
