Jesse Petri is an 18 year old bull rider out of Florida. Jesse has been riding bulls since he was 9 years old, and rides today with the same determination as he did years ago when he first realized he wanted to give everything he had to the sport.

Nine years ago while living in Montana, Jesse attended what is called Rodeo Bible Camp. Since that time he has been charging into the world of bull riding at an outstanding pace.

After moving back to Florida, Jesse met a bull riding instructor that held bull riding practice at his house and taught kids what they were doing wrong. He soaked that up, attending as much as possible.

Since then Jesse has been tearing up the rodeo circuit. As a result he has already been able to accomplish the following in his young career;

-2010- Central Florida Rodeo Association Champion Steer Rider

-2011- AFJRA Silver Spurs Champion Jr. Bull Rider

-2012- Combee Rodeo Association Jr. Bulls Open Champion & Silver Spurs Arena Jr. Bull Riding Champion

-2013- Combee Rodeo Association 3rd place year end Bull Rider

-2014- Steven Mauldin Memorial Champion Sr. Bull Rider

-2015- Southern States Bull Riders Tour Champion

-2016- Monster Bulls Event Champion, Lauderdale, MS PRCA Bull Riding Champion

Jesse has been competing in PRCA (Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association) rodeos all over the country and is steadily climbing up the standings. Petri is also heading towards the PBR.

If you are a fan of bull riding you know about the PBR (Professional Bull Riders). The PBR offers 3 different tours; The Touring Pro Division, The Blue Def Velocity Tour and The Built Ford Tough Series (Televised).

The Touring Pro Division and the Blue Def Velocity Tour are set up for Bull Riders to build up their points to get to the Built Ford Tough Series, while still earning good money. Most of the PBR events are set up just like one you would see on television, so lots of publicity-and that's where Jesse intends on spending much of his time!
