TJ Washburn

Tj Washburn grew up in Augusta Ga. After moving to the Atlanta area as a teen, he graduated from Eagles Landing High school in 1999. He played golf in college first at Miss ST and then came back to Atlanta to finish his college golf days at Georgia State University. After graduating in 2004 with a bachelor€™s degree in finance, he went to work for the warranty department of a large national building company. This began his knowledge of new home construction from the ground up.

After returning to Augusta in 2006 he saw a great opportunity for new development. His knowledge and hands on work ethic have given him a vast understanding of new construction housing. In an industry that is always changing, he realizes that utilizing every inch of floor space in the most effective way possible is more important than ever. His focus is building unique floor plans at an affordable price, and quality homes that will last a life time.
