I have over 20 years of experience. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned during this time is every job is essential, and every employee I have supervised, their ideas and contributions have been integral to my success.
My passion is talent development, performance and management. I love to get results-whether it’s hiring, training, teaching, thinking out-of-the-box to identify solutions to complex problems. The bottom line is to increase company profits and at the same time increase employee retention.
