One day, I decided life should be about doing the things you love with the people you love and chose to begin surrounding myself with my favorite things all day long. I launched Sephoco, a boutique business consulting firm, alongside my unbelievably talented husband. Now, we get to spend our days helping people create serious change in their businesses from our home-base with our pooch by our sides. Life is good.

With his background in business (he sold his first company for a profit at 22!) and IT, Josh covers all things Nitty Gritty. From your credit card processing to web development, Josh is all about emerging technologies and cost effective solutions. Anything that will help you run your business more efficiently and effectively than ever before is his passion. He is a solutions guy. A fixer. In short, he is super handy to have on your team. While my background in marketing, public relations, and design landed me in the role of the Pretty. That means I spend my days crafting copy or social media posts to make your business or organization sound better than sliced bread, creating graphics and marketing materials that represent not who you are now but who you want to be, and helping you re-design your retail or office space so not only can you run like a well-oiled machine but you can look good doing it.
