I believe that we all belong to God, and His grace has allowed us to be close to Him. Society has always, is and will always be trying to stray us further away from God, but we must always be working towards having a better relationship with God. I believe everything has a good side and a bad side. Sometimes the bad side is bigger and the good side smaller, and vice versa. The way the specific object / belief / thought / ect. leans depends on how we as humans make it. I believe that every single person is unique. So does everyone else. But I think of it in a different way. God has chosen each of us for a specific purpose. He has put us where we are so that He can work with us to do His will. God has given each of us different strengths and weaknesses. We as humans tend to think about our strengths more, but God uses our weaknesses and shows us His powers through that.
